Return policy applies to online orders only; in-store purchases are subject to a different return policy.
– Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase (unless item is defective).
– Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original packaging (unless item is defective).
– Item(s) must have all tags and stickers attached.
– Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
– Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method after the refund is accepted.
– Customers bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to us until we accepts and receives the delivery from Australia Post.
– If your contact lens prescription changes and you still have unopened packets of lenses, We may be able to exchange these for lenses matching your new prescription.
– The returned lenses must have been supplied by us, have a reasonable time left until expiry date and boxes must not be marked.
Free shipping on orders over $100.
We charge a flat fee of $13.00 which includes the premium shipping and handling fee (per order) to Australian addresses.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping to hotel, resort or island addresses within Australia or in any locations outside Australia.
