Bulk Billing Optometrist

Medicare covers the cost of the eye examination. More than 50 per cent of sight loss is preventable, so getting your eyes tested can help prevent, or limit, the damage caused by certain eye conditions. Act now to Book An Eye Test.

Macula Degeneration

We provide macula degeneration assessment to check the back of your eyes and monitor any changes that may occur in the retina and macula.

Same Day Emergency Glasses

At MySpec Optometrist we have our own on-site lab, which means we can make emergency single vision glasses in store in less than 2 hours. And for complicated prescription we can get them ready on the same day if you come in and place your order before 11:00 am.

Children's Vision

Eye problems can ‘run’ in families. If you wore glasses or have ‘lazy’ eye, your child is more likely to have the same condition. If eye problems are not picked up and treated, early vision and learning can suffer.

Diabetic vision assessments

We provide diabetic vision assessments to check the back of your eyes to diagnose problems including Cataract, Glaucoma and Retinopathy.

    Very highly recommend, David and An are very helpful professional, before Christmas 2014 I had severe headache and my doctor could not find the cause, I went to have my vision check and An was the optometrist that day, she found defect in my visual field, I remember that day she stayed late with me after she finished her shift to do all tests she could do, and referred me to my GP
    I was rushed to have an urgent surgery before Christmas as I had tumour behind my eyes and I was going to lose my left eye vision because of it.
