BJ CLASSIC originated in 2001. Bros Japan was established as the Japanese general agent of American Optical (A.O), the oldest eyewear brand in the world at that time.
In order to further improve the quality of A.O and retain the traditional manufacturing technology of A.O that was about to disappear at that time, Ken Hamada, the president of Bros Japan, began to incorporate the craftsmanship of Yasuo Fukui into BJ CLASSIC glasses.
